I could talk about so many different sports for days, but none more than the NFL. This blog is the place for me to put out all my opinions, ideas, concerns, or anything about the National Football League.
I grew up and have spent my entire life in Maryland. For as long as I can remember, sports has been a part of me whether it was playing Little League baseball when I was six or running fantasy football leagues in college. My parents raised me as a Giants fan, which has sometimes put me at odds with classmates and even teachers (always in good fun) in the DC area. Right now, I am completing my Master’s degree in Sports Industry Management at Georgetown University.
To anybody and everybody that reads the blog, I hope you enjoy.
I just printed off Week 1 and 2 from your blog. I’m keeping these in my “special” file of things I’ve gotten from you over the years! You absolutely amaze me and blow me away! Keep it up, Taylor. You are the best! Love you……
HI Taylor……I’m not a regular for facebook and the like (this) but try to check in now and then. Your Dad sent a note so I visited your site. Anyway, very entertaining and I like your commentary about picking from instinct – it shows courage and a recognition that knowing anything about football often works against you! On one other note – your relative lack of Giant commentary was evidence that your heart is still there for them!! I can’t believe they look as listless and confused as last year……..I felt sure they would play with fire this year…..I’m not liking what I see…….
ps…….and yes, the Bills do stink!………. 🙂
Hi Taylor—I dont know if my last comment came thru; i keep getting kicked out as I did when i tired to sign up wordpress account to “Like” your site….anyway i LOVE your site!! Great job–you are anexcellent writer—I can tell you have been learning from the pros. I know nothing about football and so can’t comment on your analysis……just one suggestion is to have your name: Taylor Davis
front and center even though you want to be known as TD…also perhaps a little more in the bioabout where you go to school etc. just because fans always like to know a little more about who they are connecting with and of course you have to have a PHOTO!!! With a big grin….take carexo, julie
Taylor! Wow this is an awesome blog. You totally sound like a pro journalist! Wish I could make some noteworthy comments, but unfortunately I don’t follow football. However, as a proud bay area fan, I must say that I have total confidence in our Niners, but I do agree that perhaps they’re the underdogs this year…
All the best,
Sarah D.
thanks for telling me whos on top
TD
Its cool your initials are the same as initials for touch.
Down!
hi Taylor,
you may can help me.
i’m serching for the names of all SuperBowl Logo’s designer.
Do you know the answer, or where i would find it?
No, I can’t say that I do. I believe a team of designers design the logos together. For the past few years, the logos have been relatively the same. Mark Waller, the NFL’s chief marketing officer, has something to do with that. Below is an article that has more information about that. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.
